Cato, Ramsey wed at Turner Chapel

FORT WAYNE-Shantee Genee Cato and Kenneth Darnell Ramsey were united in holy matrimony May 10 at Turner Chapel AME Church with the Rev. Dr. Archie Criglar Sr. officiating.
The ceremony was followed by a reception at the Lantern with a host of family and friends in attendance.
The bride is the daughter of Gladys Cato and James M. Cato Sr., and the granddaughter of James and Ruth Cato and Carrie Johnson.
The groom is son of Bernadine Ramsey and Freearthur and Verna Ramsey and the grandson of Georgia Ramsey and Florine Goodson.
The couple will reside in Fort Wayne.
The Matron of Honor was Erika Meadows; the Best Men were Adam Kimble and Deon Mitchell. Other members of the wedding party included: Bridesmaids Dara Ramsey, Dionne Ramsey, Melissa Ramsey, Sharazzi Hicks and Tasha Walker; Junior Bridesmaid Keairrase Cato; Flower Girl Eriana Meadows; Hostesses Eunice Cato and Vernita Lindsey; Groomsmen Chris Baker, James Cato Jr., Marcus Logan, Marques Williams and Tyrone Martin; Ring Bearer Jaylen Cato, and Ushers Darius Thomas and Ty Ford.
The wedding was coordinated by Kiss Wedding and Event Planning for an event "sealed with a Kiss."
